Adaptive Parameters: Eliminates external interference and ensures compatibility with multi-scenario operations. The AI algorithm enables automatic parameter adjustments and facilitates rapid adaptation for similar models when new functions are added. Lifecycle Data Analysis: Provides full lifecycle data services for equipment, enhancing its digitalization and intelligence. This allows for quick problem localization, reduces debugging time, and minimizes labor costs.

    Automated Material Change Technology

    The first fully automated roll changing system for multiple rolls in an integrated machine. The electrode splicing time has been reduced from 30 seconds to 20 seconds, while the separator splicing process achieves fully automated roll changes with splicing times under 5 seconds. The roll-changing time for end tape has been reduced from ≥1 minute to just 30 seconds. This technology has been successfully applied to coating and winding machines. In particular, the winding series equipment enables automatic material exchange for separators, electrodes, and tapes, ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

    Dust Treatment Technology

    BSB Dust Removal Technology: Uses a Blowing Suction Blowing combination paired with an air amplifier to effectively remove fine dust particles from electrode surfaces. Post-cleaning, the surface achieves a cleanliness level of no particles larger than 5 μm per square centimeter, meeting a dust control standard of ISO Class 6.

    Laser Welding Technology

    High-Quality Cutting Technology: Advanced structural design enables automatic laser energy tracking during cutting. At a cutting speed of 1.5m/s, the cutting burrs in both the horizontal and vertical directions can achieve ≤7μm, with the heat-affected zone at 80μm and the molten bead at 10μm. Laser Welding Technology: 1.Tab Welding (Multi-layer Foil): Welding speed ≥80mm/s, fracture rate <15%, welding layers ≥100 layers. 2.High-Speed Shell Welding: Welding speed ≥300mm/s, aluminum shell thickness ≤0.3mm, steel shell thickness 0.1mm.
