ARECONN-- Coating roller machine

MAX-- Winding 

MAX winding series is another series of outstanding products launched at this exhibition. The brand was officially launched in 2017, laying a new benchmark for the industry. It adopts the six servo direct drive, realizing the functions of ultra-precision control, high-speed, ultra-thin adhesive paper bubble free adhesive, and rectifying the deviation of the front insert sheet.

This exhibition automatic welding line, automatic packaging line, automatic two lines, the whole line automatic link, single machine can be independently automatic operation, the overall use of splitter rotary plate design, reduce material turnover time, efficiency of 20PPM.

Hehe—C&L Winding Machine

Hehe automation is a subsidiary of YH. Its core products are die - cutting machine, lamination machine, one - piece cutting machine. The original and domestically initiated cutting stitch all-in-one machine has the process of realizing the pole piece die-cutting without moving through the magazine, directly lamination and 100% without multiple pieces. Integration, covering only 1/2 of the space of a single machine; It effectively control that damage of pole pieces and remove the powder and raises the safety. Die-cutting of 120~150pcs/min and lamination of 0.25~ 0.3s/slice can greatly improve efficiency and save 20% of cost.

Delivered digital factories have been lively demonatrated, using the Internet, cloud services, 3D virtual simulation, information physics system (CPS), and the big data analysis and the advanced technology, the digital operation analysis design, the lean manufacturing, the smart transport and the whole life cycle, the quality control and so on, to build digital factories for lithium batteries manufacturing.
